Terms of service

These terms cover your use of EpisodePilot. By creating an account or joining a session you accept them.

Your content

You own what you record. You give us permission to store, process and render it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the consent of everyone you record and for what you publish.

Plans and billing

Plans limit volume (minutes, guests, seats and storage), never quality; every limit is on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time from Billing, and we email you before each renewal.

Publishing to YouTube

Publishing uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Videos you publish are subject to YouTube's own rules; EpisodePilot only sends them at your request.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to record people without their knowledge, to break the law, or to disrupt the service for others.

Availability

We work to keep your recordings safe and the service available, but it is provided as is. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
